Thanks to all who keep checking back to the page for new stuff. I promise there is an update on the way featuring a totally revamped collection of articles ranging from the sixties to 2004 as well as a few new pics. I also encourage anyone who may have anything to contribute to this site to feel free and do so - weather it be a picture, a story or just a brief anecdote there will be a place found for it on this site. I'd also like to add comments to the various Recordings pages so if you've got a favorite Ryan's Fancy or Ryan's Fancy related album tell me which one, and why, and I'll post it in that particular section.

That goes for the television shows as well. If anyone is fortunate enough to have some of the old shows and would like to throw together a summary and/or review let me know at ryansfancy@yahoo.com

Oh What a Night!!

Well the 2004 ECMAs have come and gone and what a time it was. Ryan's Fancy received their much deserved lifetime achievement award from Great Big Sea and Honored the capacity crowd with a stirring chorus of The Tiree Love Song in still-perfect three part harmony leaving hardly a dry eye in the house.

After the show, a party was held in honor of the lads at O'Reilly's Pub in downtown St. John's... details of which well be posted in this space tomorrow. Be sure and check back then as it was truly a night to remember.tik.JPG (36189 bytes)
